R.B.I. Baseball 18 ha sido aprobado por Nintendo para ser lanzado en la eShop de Switch en USA el 14 de Junio, mientras Europa y Japón recibirá el juego en las tiendas digitales en las siguientes semanas. Se espera un lanzamiento físico en algún momento más tarde.
